Welcome to this weeks first impressions review of the Arandoza White Label cigar. This cigar is a Nicaraguan puro and is available in three sizes, robusto (5×52 – this is the size for the review), toro (6×52) and a doble corona (7.25×49). Price point is $6.50 – $8.00 which fits in that sweet spot for most cigar smokers.
Pre-Light
Taking a look at the wrapper of the Arandoza White Label and the first word that hits me is “rustic”. A little bumpy, a little wavy but nothing that should concern you. Wrapper gives me a barnyard scent while the foot and cold draw give a natural tobacco taste. Took a bit of work to get it lit but she fired up and away we go.
This is a First Impressions review as I was only sent one of the White Label.
First Half
Starting off this Arandoza White Label and the first initial puff was natural tobacco and wood. Second puff gave a spice blast (or should I say “bomb” HAH) and continued to produce a very nice spice for the start of the cigar along with a creamy texture, some nuttiness and a teenie tiny bit of a floral taste.
End of the first half and the cigar has really melded together well with the nutty and spicy tastes mingling in a nice dance while keeping the creamy texture. Floral taste just hits every once in a while now and I imagine it will go away soon.
Second Half
Heading down the home stretch of this Arandoza White Label and the flavors have come together so nicely that I almost lose myself in the cigar and don’t want to pick it apart for individual flavors. That’s a good thing. Still a medium body at best with medium to full flavor coming through. Creaminess of the smoke is just exquisite.
Flavors stayed consistent with the spice taking on a sharper note and there was a tiny bit of ammonia that came in every now and again. Nothing drastic but it was there. I normally would have left it rest a bit longer than a day or two so it would have probably not been there with a good weeks worth of rest. It doesn’t concern me too much but it did take a bit away from the enjoyment at the end.
Wrap-Up
Would I buy it again? Yes. I would probably let them rest for a good week or make sure my shop had them for a week before trying one due to the little ammonia taste.

you were on point with this one I always take a sniff prior to lighting up My cigars. I did get a scent of amonia so I put it back in my humidor for a week. The price for this cigar is worth trying it.
