As the weather goes through its seasonal change, everyone seems to get sick all around the same time, myself included. On Saturday I woke up and felt miserable, I’ve been sidelined from cigars ever since. Right now I’m pretty much over my cold, but can definitely tell that my taste buds are still a little out of whack.
As a result, I have to skip the weekly review this week. Fortunately, before I started feeling miserable I was able to get a Short Ashes review done in hopes of getting a little ahead. That review is what I have for you today.
This review covers the El Titan De Bronze Redemption Maduro. This cigar was first reviewed by our very own Brian Hewitt, back in August, after we returned from the 2009 IPCPR Convention in New Orleans. Like Brian’s sample, my cigar was provided to me by Willy Herrera of El Titan De Bronze.
I was eager to give it a shot after being impressed by the original El Titan De Bronze Redemption. That cigar just happened to make my Top 10 Cigars of 2008 List, lets see how the Maduro compares to the original Sungrown.
Always amazing with handmade items how the tastes can be different from 1 to another! Great “wonky” review – lol

Great review. While the variation between hand-made cigars can be annoying at times, I think it’s what makes quality cigars so good – every experience is unique.
