Welcome to my first impressions on the 5 Vegas Limitada 2010. This cigar is only available in one size, a belicoso (6.2 x 52). I received mine as a gift from Mike at mikesstogies.com.

This is a short and sweet video because of the weather we are having and also I am still trying new things to see how my audience likes it.

Starting out my 5 Vegas Limitada 2010 I do not get much of a smell off the wrapper or foot other than a tobacco scent and maybe a bit of pepper. Wrapper on this cigar is nice and oily looking with few veins of any discernible size.

Upon lighting up I was met with, almost nothing. It was very mild pepper through the sinuses and maybe a light tobacco taste in the mouth. It did not take too long to pick up a bit more flavor though, by the the fifth or sixth puff I was getting a lot more pepper with some spiciness and a bit of leather.

Cigar was mostly the same the rest away having a peppery/spicy forefront with a bit of leather in the background.

Pricing these sticks at around $6 each and $4 each per box is decent but I was hoping for a bit more from a cigar that is a limited release. I still think you will enjoy them if you like a peppery/spicy cigar and for the price it is a good deal.

  1. I tried the 2009 awhile back and I thought it was a solid cigar, got them off cbid for a few dollars apiece and they are not that bad. One dimensional but good flavor.

  2. Great review. I am actually smoking my second one of these I have had stashed in my humi! It’s a solid med cigar. I have heard these are made by pepin? Thanks for the review!
