There are times when I am about to smoke a cigar that I want something well within my comfort zone. A cigar that is considered a classic. One that you know very well, have smoked often and you know will give you satisfaction. For me, one of those smokes is the Hoyo de Monterrey Excalibur. Specifically, this time, the Epicure in maduro. We have been smoking a lot of the new stuff coming out of IPCPR and I know most of our fellow cigar blogger buddies are posting reviews on the newest and hottest cigars out right now. There are times though that I need to take a break from all that and revisit the classics. This is one of those times. Without, further ado, here is my review of the Excalibur Epicure maduro. Enjoy.
Thanks for the review Ben. I know I have a few of these sitting in one of the humidors from years ago. Its about time I revisit these. I’d been missing some review action on the site lately! Hope to see more regularly soon.
Thank for the comment, Luke. Yea, we are back on our review schedule now after all the IPCPR action. We have several review line up so stay tuned!
