In the back corner of the General Cigar booth was a display of Humi-Care accessories. I’m not familiar with Humi-Care, so I talked the guy at the display into telling us a little about what they brought to the show. He shows us the clever humidification product called Black Ice. It looks like your standard jar-and-beads humidifier, but it splits into four parts to un-intrusively spread humidification throughout your humidor. They also offer a humidor seasoning wipe. Basically, you wipe down the inside of your humidor with the wipe, let it sit for 24 hours and boom, it’s seasoned.
