A couple of weeks ago, Mike and I got together for a Virtual Herf and put together another Herf’n Heads Episode. This time around, Mike and I feature the Angelenos Cigar from Prometheus.
In between discussing the cigar, we cover topics such as the state of Olde World Tobacco in Lancaster, PA. Mike tells us about the closure of the last cigar company in Red Lion. While discussing the significant price reduction of the Macanudo 68, the subject of 601 and Murcielago Pricing came up. The last planned topic included Sam’s Leccia’s Debut line of cigars.
Another great episode of Hef’n Heads.
Wait what the hell happened in the house with the noise???
I love these episodes – just two friends shooting the breeze, with some interesting topics.
Walt – how’s your foray into pipes going? And I think that there really was that much “fluff” for GC to roll back the price on the Macanudos. Where else would it come out of? At least they’re trying to get the serious smokers back into their fold.
Mike – was that your clock clamoring for attention or were the fish ringing for dinner?
As for Sam Leccia, if he puts out a great cigar, more power to him, but I don’t buy into this Hollywood type of pre-hype. I also won’t be getting into the jumbo sized smokes. Just don’t like them (not just his cigars, but a lot of others’), and I think a lot of smokers are feeling left out because of this, Mike’s preference notwithstanding. 🙂
Great job, guys! It’s always entertaining to listen in on these conversations.

Gun metal.
Great Review, guys. Mike how are the shelves up at Old world have they gotten any better? The Manager was really nice and not bad to look at either, but your right and as Walt said the same thing happened at our B&M I hate seeing empty boxes I hope its not a sign to come.
Loved the review gave me something to watch while doing laundry. hahah
