Hello and welcome to a super quick review of the Jaime Garcia Reserva Especial in the Petit Robusto size. Our very own Brian reviewed this cigar before so I will let his post tell you all the gritty details if you prefer to read rather than watch.
As you can tell from the title this is my super short version of a cigar review. I will normally only do these on a cigar that has been reviewed before on StogieReview. Since I did not have a whole lot of time to smoke cigars for a full review I hope this will suffice.
Short and sweet – Great smoke! Would I buy it again? Yes I would. It is medium to full with wonderful flavor for a short smoke of 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how fast you smoke.

great smoke! I actually picked a few up at the MF event, and I must say, as usual, Jaime comes through with a great smoke! Mike, I thought your review was spot on. Great value for such a good smoke.
I was excited to see the title of your post, as I was not aware that this came in a petit corona, only to realize that it’s actually the petit robusto, lol. I recall enjoying a couple of these a while back (although I don’t recall getting much in the way of creaminess out of them), so I guess it’s about time for a re-visit. Thanks Mike!
Thank you jjo – My mind does not seem to be working at all here of late. maybe I should be committed lol
Love the “short ashes” shorter reviews. We appreciate it when cigars that are out for awhile are revisited. It’s human nature, and the nature of “news”, to focus on the latest releases, but that does distort cigar-lover’s focus onto chasing the new at the expense of the great cigars that have been out for just a bit longer that deserve a second look.
P.S. Tried turning up the volume to hear what the peanut gallery was saying off-camera there… sadly no dice (or perhaps for the best!) Thanks Mike for a fun short review.
I think they were saying, “Mike, get a hair cut”.
LOL Dave. The peanut gallery needs to keep working on him on that one. I think I speak for all of us when I say we’re looking forward to tuning into the next review and seeing Mike enjoying a great cigar while sporting a full mohawk.
