This year at IPCPR 2017 Ed Lahmann gives us the scoop on the latest Hoyo De Monterrey news. And the latest word is that collaboration Hoyo de Monterrey started last year with A.J. Fernandez continues this year with the new Hoyo La Amistad Silver. This medium-full cigar is made of all Habano-seed tobacco, with a high priming Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, and filler from AJ’s farms in various parts of Nicaragua. It’s priced agressively at $6.49 to $7.49 plus applicable taxes.
