Check this out – Week 11 (2008)

In keeping with the trend, we thought it would be a good idea to put together a list of recommended cigar reading, listening, and watching. With that said, here is what we have checked out this week.

Blogs

Brian’s Random Thoughts:
Brian reviews a rather unusual cigar, the Olor Del Cibao Cuban Seed Tequila. Yep, it’s infused with Tequila, and surprisingly, isn’t half bad for a flavored cigar.

Cigar Advisor:
Gary gets his hands on the AVO Limited Edition 2008 Tesoro.

Cigar Command:
Scott isn’t as impressed with the Olor Del Cibao Cuban Seed Tequila as Brian was. And from the pictures, we can tell why.

Cigar Jack:
The contest reviews continue to rush in like a high tide over at Cigar Jack’s cigar blog. In between submissions, Daniel favorably reviews the Nat Sherman 1400 Series Omerta.

Cigar Monkey:
MonkeyDan gives the Illusione #2 Belicoso Fino a solid 91. (Check out Brian’s review of the Illusion 68 Bombone.)

Her Humidor:
Lisa continues to wow us with her excellent written cigar reviews. Check out her thoughts on the Little Havana Reserve and the Jameson Robusto. (Check out Walt’s review of the Jameson Robusto.)

Keepers of the Flame:
Tom recommends the Nestor Miranda Special Selection Robusto Grande “without reservation.”

Matt’s Cigar Journal
Matt gives the Padron 7000 Maduro a B rating.

Stogie Guys:
George gives the Oliva Serie G Cameroon Toro four and a half out of five stogies.

Podcasts

Dog Watch Cigar Radio:
Episode #159 of the show was not yet up for your listening pleasure at the time of this writing, but you should find it here when it’s ready.

Stogie Fresh 5:
The Doc smokes the 601 Green Label in Episode 110.
