One of the larger booths at the IPCPR 2009 trade show was occupied by Alec Bradley Cigars. On our way through the booth for the very first time, we had a chance to talk with Alan Rubin for a few minutes and schedule some video time for later in the show.
The following day we met up with Alan in his booth and he was kind enough to walk us through all of the new products for the 2009 IPCPR Convention. Those products include Prensado, SCR (Select Cabinet Reserve), Family Blend, Maxx Vice Press, Tempus Majestry Maduro, and Hendrix Torches.
Looks like a nice selection! I am going to have to try one of those big ring gauge Vice!!!! maybe all 3 sizes 🙂 Hell, I want to try everything he showed, lol. Well except maybe the Tempus Majesty Maduro. I dunno, but it looks AWFULLY dark for normal leaf – why didnt you ask if they spray painted them? Would have been a great action video then as you dodged flying objects and ran for your lives..LMAO

That was a freaking awesome interview. What a personality Alan Rubin has. I’m definitely going to have to give his cigars more of a shot. I’ve liked the two I’ve smoked which are the Maxx, of course, and the Harvest.
I can’t wait to hear your reviews on the Princata.
Nice vid. I’ve been quite the Alec Bradley whore these days. They have some great smokes, and Alan seems like a cool guy.
