As stated in the Herf’n Heads – Featuring the Fuente Anejo Reserva No. 48 writeup, Brian and I got rather chatty and recorded a video of staggering length. In an effort to make the discussion more manageable for our average viewer, we have broken out the discussion into four separate videos. Each video varies in length and focuses on the discussion that happened between us reviewing the Fuente Anejo Reserva No. 48.
This particular breakout includes the following discussion topics:
- Hoe much variety is necessary in a local cigar shop
- How does the size of a cigar affect its flavor profile
- How big is too big, in terms of cigar ring gauge

Wow, what a marathon session! Got to hand it to you guys for putting so much work into this. I, for one, appreciate the discussion on ring gauge sizes and how the larger ones are a bit much to handle for a lot of people. Brian’s comment about having to open your mouth like an alligator was hilarious! I also think the huge ring gauges tend to negate the importance, or at least the flavor, of the wrapper somewhat.
I kind of had to skip around some of the other videos to accommodate my time, so I will have to watch them later, but thanks for all the effort that had to into recording and editing these.
Jeff
Jeff,
Thanks for the comment and for watching. From the looks of the comments, you only have one or two videos to watch before you’re finished with the marathon!
Just one more to go. Man, do you ever sleep? 🙂
Jeff,
I’m an early riser. By the time I left this comment I was already at work and started the day.
