Last year at the 2008 IPCPR Convention in Las Vegas, I had a chance to meet Willy Herrera of El Titan de Bronze for the first time. We talked for some time about his new El Titan de Bronze Redemption that debuted at the show. At that time Brian and I tried to get Willy to shoot a little video but we were unable to talk him into standing in front of the camera.
This year I was eager to talk to Willy but expected him to shy away from the camera once again. To my surprise, he was all for it and wanted to show off his offerings at IPCPR 2009. In the video below, Willy talks about how his factory operates as well as explains the makeup of his cigars. Video runs just over three minutes.
Cool – I will have to check some of their stuff out! I like how he spoke of quality and making sure the customer gets a fine cigar each time or he will make it right! THAT is customer service!
