Victor Vitale makes his debut on Stogie Review at his Ortsac booth during IPCPR. Victor takes us through the Ortsac brand. I had a sample of the Ortsac San Andres that Victor was kind enough to send me a few months ago and it was dreamy. From some of the the other samples that Victor is working on I think he’s on the cusp of something big. Oh yeah, Walt would’ve been better prepared for this interview, I’m sure he would’ve tested and found out how bulletproof the bulletproof is.
