We were very fortunate to catch Ernesto Perez Carrillo early on in the show. As usual they have his booth tucked away where it takes people a little bit to find him. Luckily we found him before the crowd did and got a quick five minutes of his time to catch up on his new Inch cigar as well other things Ernesto has in the pipeline (Red Box). At the end Ernesto shows us some love too…Ernesto is a class act but you probably already knew that.

Nice interview! I really love EPC cigars, so much character in the flavor and the density of the smoke is really nice. These days it’s hard to put out something new that will get attention in the middle of this new “boom,” but Ernie’s stuff is really unique and wonderful. And he seems like a really cool guy!
A class act indeed! Not too excited about the “Inch”, but I’ll try it cuz it’s EPC.
What a gentleman and a great cigar maker! We could all learn some humility from Ernesto.
