Coming off of their Top 25 showing in Cigar Aficionado it is interesting to see Team La Gloria would sit tight and enjoy the success of Rabito de Cochino or step it up a notch. This year Team La Gloria shows off their Trunk Show Series with two cigars, Liga YG-23 and Liga LR-1. The feature they liked to show off was the die-cut smokeable band, something never before seen on a cigar. I know, you are wondering what a die-cut smokeable band is? The best I think I can describe it is like when you take a photo to a bakery and put it on a cake. Speaking with others at the show the opinions ranged from cheesy/gimmicky to innovative/cool. As always, the market will decide.
