Road Show Interview with Jon Huber of Crowned Heads
In September, I was lucky enough to meet up with our friend, Jon Huber of Crowned Head Cigars, during one of their Roadshow events that happened to be at one of my local shops, Harbor Cigars, in Destin, FL. After the video was finished (I should have asked on camera) if there were any plans to make the Stainless Steel Palio Cutter in anything other than a high polish. The answer was most likely no as it is easy to wipe off.
The reason I asked is because I see it becoming a fingerprint magnet and the thought of that bothers the hell out of me. Maybe I’m just weird but I wish it came in some sort of matte finish to cut down on the smudges.
I agree, Walt. Having to constantly buff an accessory to keep it looking gppd is a hassle. Polished steel pieces aren’t very attractive when they are smudged up, which is what happens whenever you even look at them. I’d rather have a matte finish anytime, but maybe you could have your valet Mike keep it polished for you.
BTW, the new E cigar sounds pretty nice.
I’m having a problem getting your mail address. I called trhe 800 number last week about my palio cutter “lost blade’ I was told to email you and get a return ok. Can’t get anything from Palio.com Thank you R E Shields
