Someone told me a long time ago that if you have a problem with Jose Blanco, then the problem is with you. Jose Blanco has been a great supporter of Stogie Review, social media and bloggers in general since before his current role at Joya De Nicaragua. And his son Jasper is just one adorable little boy! Jose is simply, The Man! If you have a tobacco question, he has an answer for you 99% of the time (a man has to keep some secrets of success to himself). Since starting Stogie Review over seven years ago a lot of my memories involve Jose Blanco…lobster, impromptu beach weddings and numerous seminars to remind me that there is so much more to learn about tobacco.

Jose is another quality individual who knows how to make cigars. He hit the nail on the head towards the end of the video stressing “consistency”, “consistency”, consistency”. There have been too many cigars that first come out that I love, only to find the manufacturer takes his eye off the ball because he gets side tracked by the 10 other blends he wants to introduce each year.
